Six first offense driving under the influence pleas were entered before Judge Gregory Hammond on Monday during change of plea proceedings at the Warren County Couthouse.

¯ Alexa N. Corbett, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense and accident damage to unattended vehicle or property was not prosecuted.

¯ Colleen A. Duffy, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense and disregard traffic lane. A count of DUI: High rate of alcohol — first offense was not prosecuted.

¯ Donald L. Glazebrook, Irvine, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving and careless driving. Charges of disregard traffic lane and required financial responsibility were not prosecuted.

¯ Kenneth E. Kendall, Jamestown, NY, to DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability — first offense, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked and disregard traffic lane. A count of driving at safe speed was not prosecuted.

¯ Christina M. Meals, Warren, to DUI: Controlled substance/Schedule II or III — first offense and required financial responsibility. Charges of DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability — first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving were not prosecuted.
