Pleas entered at preliminary hearings

Four guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Michael A. Campman, 42, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

Leslie B. Holuska, 40, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance. Nine counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana were withdrawn.

Jennifer L. McFall, 44, Warren, to possession of marijuana. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

Raymond S. Tylicki, 52, Warren, to defiant trespass. Charges of disorderly conduct and harassment were not prosecuted.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

Merlyn T. Fox, 62, Clarendon. Fox had been charged with retail theft. Two summary counts of retail theft were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

Joseph L. Mott, 57, Warren. Mott had been charged with illegal operation of a vehicle without ignition interlock. Two charges were re-categorized as traffic offenses.
