C. Warren County – District Judge Raymond Zydonik

DUI. Raymond L. Champlin, 50, Sheffield, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 19 with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 14 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Burdette G. Thomas, III, 47, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 19 with four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on April 18 in the City of Warren.

N. Warren County – District Judge Laura Bauer

Possession. Matthew A. Earle, 49, Garland, was charged by Lewis Run-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 18 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, 30 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 2 in Mead Twp.

Possession. Ron A. Greer, 42, Erie, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 15 with possession of a controlled substance, five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 12 with Conewango Twp.

DUI. Kolby M. Sabat, 28, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 16 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 14 in Mead Twp.

Pine Grove Twp.

Theft. Pennsylvania State Police responded to a report of stolen ash wood splits from a Cable Hollow Rd. location on April 8 at 7:41 a.m. Troopers say the investigation is ongoing.
