Aggravated assault. Thomas B. Barton, Jr., 56, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on April 24 with aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest from an incident that occurred on April 23 in the City of Warren.

DUI. James M. Rudolph, 69, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 25 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 15 in Sheffield Twp.

Defiant trespass. Preston J. Beerbower, 21, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 23 with defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on April 18 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Jonathan R. Carlson, 34, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 23 with three counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on April 6 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Jesse L. Copley, 42, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 25 with six counts of DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 7 in Clarendon.

Retail theft. Destiny L. Felt, 29, Frewsburg, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 26 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Feb. 16 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Michael C. Knepp, 42, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 23 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, fraud to alter a title, registration or insurance and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 19 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Daniel J. Rulander-Winger, 25, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 23 with two counts of DUI and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 20 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Tucker L. Corbett, 27, Ashville, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 25 with two counts of DUI and seven traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 13 in Pittsfield Twp.

DUI. Jestin R. Gruber, 23, Corry, Pa., was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 25 with two counts of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 27 in Freehold Twp.

Cruelty to animals. Quinn O. Harvey, 51, Erie, Melissa S. Smith, 45, Erie, and Misty L. Harvey, 52, Erie, were each charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 25 with aggravated cruelty to animals, cruelty to animals and neglect of animals from an incident that occurred on Nov. 17, 2023 in Columbus Twp.

Found property. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the area of Howard Rd. on April 23 for a report of a found horse. Troopers discovered a three-year-old white, female horse that was found a week prior but had not been claimed. Anyone with information regarding the horse is asked to contact the state police.
