Charges against three defendants have been withdrawn recently during preliminary hearings held at the Warren County Courthouse.

Ethan Z. Backstrom, 19, Russell. Backstrom had been charged with possession of mairjuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. A speeding violation was re-categorized as a traffic offense.

Daniel S. Dunbar, 45, Randolph, N.Y. Dunbar had been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A speeding violation was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Brian F. Johnson, 50, Warren. Johnson had been charged with an accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and a traffic offense. Two additional traffic offenses were re-categorized as traffic offenses.
