Unity Quilt sews celebration of America’s 250th
Imagine a quilt consisting of 70 panels, each one three feet high and six feet wide. That would be impressive to see. The Unity Quilt Project right in Pennsylvania is planning just that and residents can help make it happen. The project is inviting all 67 counties in Pennsylvania as well as what they call three capital cities, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Lancaster to each craft their own panel celebrating their own contributions to democracy.
