Silver Winds Flute Choir concert

rescheduled to Monday

The Silver Winds Flute Choir concert, originally scheduled for Thursday has been rescheduled for Monday at 7 p.m. at First Lutheran Church, 109 Third Ave., Warren. The holiday performance will feature a beautiful selection of classical and festive holiday music, perfect for getting into the spirit of the season.

Class of 1955 reunion is Wednesday

The Warren High School Class of 1955 will hold its monthly luncheon on Wednesday at the Cornerstone Restaurant at 12:30 p.m. All classmates, spouses and friends are welcome to attend.

Bird count is Sunday

The Audubon Christmas Bird Count will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Roger Tory Peterson Institute, Jamestown. For more information, email birdingchautauquawarren@gmail.com. The Audubon Christmas Bird Count (CBC) is the longest-running citizen science initiative in the country. There are thousands of Christmas bird counts that occur across the western hemisphere. After the presentation the group will take a walk around the Peterson Preserve and see what birds the group can find, weather-permitting. The Chautauqua-Warren Birding Association aims to connect people with birds and foster a vibrant birding community across Chautauqua County, NY and Warren County, PA. TGIF Solutions holding food drive

The office of TGIF Solutions is holding a Christmas food drive through Dec. 13 at its 4234 Market Street, Suite 2, location. Donations will go to the Sheffield Area Food Pantry to help those in need this holiday season.
