Possession of marijuana. Isayah J. Baker, 28, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with possession of marijuana – small amount for personal use and two summary charges June 3 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 25 in Sugar Grove Township.

DUI. Jason C. McGinnett, 25, of Union City was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, three misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and seven summary charges June 3 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 9 in Conewango Township.

Harassment. Christopher S. Johnson, 57, of Columbus was charged with harassment – subject other to physical contact June 2 by State Police at Corry after an alleged incident June 2 in Columbus Township.

Defiant trespassing. Ronald J. Walters, 79, of Columbus was charged with defiant trespassing on posted land June 2 by State Police at Corry after an alleged incident May 30 in Columbus Township.

Intentional possession of a controlled substance. Samantha R. Wilcox, 30, of Warren was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary charge June 1 by Youngsville Police after an alleged incident March 7 in Youngsville Borough.
