The Warren County Commissioners are seeking proposals for the former Youngsville High School building. According to a legal notice in Monday’s edition of the Times Observer, the commissioners are accepting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide building utilization planning, architectural, engineering and design services for the building, located at 227 College Ave., Youngsville.
