Wrestling clinic

The Kinzua Wrestling Club has scheduled an 11-week clinic with 20 nighttime sessions (6-7:30 p.m.) for the summer at their Market Street location (8 Market St., Warren).

Billed as the “Local Legends of the Near Fall,” the schedule features many PIAA state wrestling place winners, state champions, as well as a number of former and current collegiate wrestlers. Wrestlers will be exposed to the “go-to” moves that led to their individual successes. There will also be time for a question-and-answer period in which campers will learn about their experiences that took them to the pinnacle of the “toughest 6 minutes in sport.”

The “Local Legends of the Near Fall” is free and open to any experienced wrestler who is 12 years of age or older.
