Warren County - District Judge Laura Bauer Jacob A. Knisley, 21, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 6 with recklessly endangering another person, endangering the welfare of children, two counts of DUI and eight traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Aug. 27 in Conewango Twp.

Not guilty pleas entered in county court

Three not guilty pleas were entered during formal arraignment proceedings Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond. ¯ MIchele L. Buchner, 54, Warren. Three guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
