Criminal mischief. Paige E. Bishop, 25, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 24 with criminal mischief — damage property from an incident that occurred on Oct. 24 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Lonnie G. Dombrowski, 62, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 25 with two counts of DUI and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Sept. 8 in Cherry Grove Twp.

Simple assault. Matthew L. Johnson, 32, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 25 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Oct. 18 in Conewango Twp.

Theft. Evan V. Melton, 19, Sugar Grove, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 31 with two counts of theft by unlawful taking from an incident that occurred on Aug. 1 in Farmington Twp.

Simple assault. Edward L. Shaffer, 59, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 27 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Oct. 26 in Glade Twp.

DUI. Michael E. Hornburg, 37, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 26 with two counts of DUI and 32 traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Sept. 24 Pleasant Twp.

DUI. Christopher L. Jenkins, 38, Erie, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 24 with DUI and seven traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Oct. 2 in Pleasant Twp.

DUI. Lori A. Lucas, 51, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 25 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Oct. 1 in Pleasant Twp.

DUI. Dustin J. Maxwell, 35, Windham, Oh., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 31 with two counts of DUI and five traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Oct. 9 in Limestone Twp.

Possession. Jason M. Peterson, 44, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 26 with flight to avoid apprehension and possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Oct. 4 in Tidioute Borough.
