The following pleas were entered in Warren County Court on Monday.

Stephanie N. Barr, 33, Erie, to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended license. A count of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

Cody Green, 24, Gerry, N.Y., to DUI and a speeding violation. Charges of DUI, careless driving, restraint systems and violate hazard regulation were not prosecuted.

Matthew S. Henry, 30, Warren, to criminal mischief – damage property. Charges of simple assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

Sam J. Hornacky, 20, Warren, to DUI and careless driving. Charges of DUI, period for requiring lighted lamps and restraint systems were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Hornacky pleaded guilty to theft and no rear lights while charges of receiving stolen property, DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and operating with unsafe equipment were not prosecuted.

Dakotah J. Kaltenbach, 35, Randolph, N.Y., to conspiracy (receiving stolen property) and driving on a suspended license. Charges of receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

Michele L. Kent, 53, Warren, to DUI, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and careless driving. Charges of DUI, improper tires, disregard traffic lane and restrictions on alcoholic beverages are not prosecuted.

Brandy L. Markham, 47, Sugar Grove, to two counts of disorderly conduct. Two counts of hindering apprehension were not prosecuted.
