DUI. Nathan J. Duffy, 42, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 17 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Sept. 25 in the City of Warren.

Driving violation. Marcella K. Gigliotti, 56, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 17 driving while BAC .02 or higher and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Oct. 7 in the City of Warren.

Theft. Nicholas G. Reardon, 19, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 17 with receiving stolen property and theft from unlawful taking from an incident that occurred on Oct. 9 in the City of Warren.

DUI. John W. Redfield, 40, Spring Creek, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 17 with two counts of DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Oct. 1 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Haden D. Roesler, 24, Cassadaga, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 17 with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Oct. 8 in the City of Warren.

Theft. Joseph R. Wees, 41, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 17 with theft, receiving stolen property and deceitful business practices from an incident that occurred on Aug. 30 in the City of Warren.

Firearm violation. Crystal R. Yeskey, 30, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 17 with firearm ownership — duty of other persons from an incident that occurred on Nov. 27 in the City of Warren.
