Three guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against two and one individual was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Marie Ecker, 43, Warren, to criminal mischief — damage property. A count of harassment was withdrawn.

¯ Christopher J. Hairr, 45, Warren, to communications with 911.

¯ George W. Savitz, 63, Grand Valley, to harassment. A count of terroristic threats was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

¯ Daniel J. Cuttler, 58, Tidioute. Cuttler had been charged with simple assault and harassment.

¯ William H. Wilcox, II, 30, Clarendon. Wilcox had been charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

¯ Marcella K. Gigliotti, 56, Warren, was held for court on all charges. Gigliotti has been charged with three counts of criminal use of a communications facility, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.
