A Warren County woman is charged with aggravated assault after a car-vs.-skid steer crash. Kristin R. Ross, 31, of Pittsfield, faces charges of aggravated assault and DUI related to alleged incidents from Wednesday. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Ross was driving west on Route 6 in Pittsfield at about 8:40 p.m. when her vehicle rear-ended a skid steer that was also driving west. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are seeking information about a dead dog found in a garbage bag in Conewango Township.
