C. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

DUI. David M. Conner, 45, Bradford, was charged by City of Warren police on April 17 with two counts of DUI from an incident that occurred on April 1 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Lance W. Ferrand, 44, Sugar Grove, was charged by City of Warren police with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on March 31 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Cody A. Shrefler, 29, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on April 13 with two counts of DUI, careless driving and defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on March 25 in the City of Warren.

BROKENSTRAW TWP.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police Troopers were dispatched to 601 E. Main St. for a report of theft. Troopers were informed that two packages were taken from the front porch of the apartment complex. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

MEAD TWP.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that sometime between April 3 and April 11 someone damaged the padlocks on the doors at the wooden stand located at Kinzua Beach. Nothing was reported breaking or missing.
