Judge Gregory Hammond accepted these pleas on Thursday during arraignment and change of plea proceedings at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Matthew K. Luvison, 69, Youngsville, to DUI and a traffic violation. Two additional traffic violations were not prosecuted.

Lionel A. Wescott, Jr., 34, Jamestown, NY, to DUI and a traffic violation. Three additional traffic violations were not prosecuted.

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:

Dustin T. Hepler-Kostreba, 25, Jamestown, NY. Hepler-Kostreba has been charged with two counts of DUI and five traffic violations.

Maelynne L. McCall, 19, Russell. McCall has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of children.

Albert L. Milburn, 42, Russell. Milburn has been charged with criminal trespass – break into structure and burglary.

George L. Moyer, 48, Columbus. Moyer has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and resisting arrest.
