Seven guilty pleas and three not guilty pleas were entered Thursday during arraignment and change of plea proceedings Thursday morning before President Judge Maureen Skerda. The following defendants entered guilty pleas: John M. Duncan, 51, Warren, to DUI. A count of DUI was not prosecuted. Rocky A.
