Pleas entered in county court

Seven guilty pleas and three not guilty pleas were entered Thursday during arraignment and change of plea proceedings Thursday morning before President Judge Maureen Skerda.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

John M. Duncan, 51, Warren, to DUI. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.

Rocky A. Fiscus, 32, Warren, to strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child. Charges of simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment were not prosecuted.

Douglas A. Harkins, 49, Jamestown, NY, to simple assault. Charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness were not prosecuted.

Hilda F. Long, 38, Warren, to bad checks.

Chris D. Morley, 38, Warren, to criminal trespass. A count of burglary was not prosecuted.

Steven R. Snyder, 35, Warren, to terroristic threats. Charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

Kirk A. Zylo, 58, Tidioute, to DUI and a traffic offense. An additional count of DUI and two traffic offenses were not prosecuted.

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:

Todd A. Dellahoy, 52, Erie, Pa. Dellahoy has been charged with burglary, receiving stolen property, theft and criminal trespass.

Kaitlyn J. Polley, 27, Sheffield. Polly has been charged with DUI, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and six traffic offenses.

Luther Wenzel, 26, Youngsville. Wenzel has been charged with two counts of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense.
