C. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

Assault. Jordan A. Williams-Colvin, 25, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 11 with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law, harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Jan. 6 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Anthony W. Engle, 58, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 5 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Dec. 28 in the City of Warren. Online court records show that he pleaded guilty to the marijuana charge on Dec. 28 while the other two offenses were withdrawn.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Trespass. David H. Rulander, 51, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 11 with defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on Dec. 31 in Pine Grove Twp.

DUI. Jason L. Wilson, 43, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 11 with two counts of DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 30 in Pine Grove Twp.

DUI. Tiffany A. Work, 24, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 10 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Dec. 9 in Sugar Grove Twp.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

DUI. Monica L. Rose, 51, Corry, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 5 with two counts of DUI and 10 traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Dec. 14 in Brokenstraw Twp.
