DUI. Brenda L. McMillen, 50, Sugar Grove, was charged by Conewango Township police on Jan. 17 with DUI from an incident that occurred on Dec. 7 in Conewango Twp.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT

JUDGE TODD WOODIN

DUI. Nathan A. Fiscus, 44, Warren, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 18 with two counts of DUI and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Nov. 20 in Freehold Twp.

DUI. Thomas E. Peterson, Jr., 66, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 18 with two counts of DUI, resisting arrest and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 6 in Limestone Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that someone entered a Clarendon man’s vehicle without permission between 5 p.m. on Jan. 7 and 10 a.m. on Jan. 8. The vehicle, troopers say, was located on US 6. No items were reported stolen. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

PITTSFIELD TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Main St. west of the Old Pittsfield Rd. on Jan. 17 shortly after 6 p.m. Stanley A. Blakeslee, 78, Youngsville, was driving a 2020 Ford Escape east and traveled into the oncoming lane and crashed head on with a 2018 Nissan Rogue, driven by Julie A. Davis, 62, Warren. Minor injuries were reported and both vehicles were towed from the scene. Troopers say that Blakeslee was cited in connection with the accident.
