Preliminary hearings held Wednesday

Four guilty pleas were entered during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ James L. Guin, Pittsfield, to possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Thomas T. Sherman, Cambridge Springs, Pa., to illegally operate vehicle without ignition interlock and exceed 55 mph by 18 mph.

¯ Jeffrey P. Walton, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard traffic lane. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana at two dockets were withdrawn.

¯ Katie Kramer, Youngsville, to possession of a controlled substance and retail theft. Charges including three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and adulterate/misbrand any controlled substance were withdrawn.

¯ Charges were withdrawn against the following:

¯ Stephanie L. Curtis, Warren. Curtis had been charged with access device fraud. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
