DUI. Robert E. Doub, 60, of Warren was charged with DUI: General impairment of driving safely – first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC between .10 and .16%) – first offense, and two summary charges May 23 by Warren City Police after an alleged incident on May 22 in Warren.

Harassment. Michael J. Fitzgerald, 47, of Clarendon was charged with harassment – subject other to physical contact June 1 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 5 in Mead Township.

Simple assault. Chad C. Tuttle, 50, of Warren was charged with simple assault and harassment – subject other to physical contact May 27 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident on April 23 in Glade Township.

Assault. Justin T. Wood, 43, of Russell was charged May 30 with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 30 in Elk Township. Wood was taken to the Warren County Jail after bail was set at $25,000.

Resisting arrest. Joshua Clark, 26, was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct May 25 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 24 in Warren.

Retail theft. Eric R. Nollinger, 26, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with third-degree felony retail theft and third-degree felony conspiracy – retail theft, taking merchandise May 22 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident March 25 in Conewango Township.

Possession of a controlled substance. Marious Schmitz, 19, of Erie was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance of a person not registered, possession of marijuana – small amount for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary charges May 28 by Youngsville Police after an alleged incident March 7 in Youngsville Borough.

Terroristic threats. Adam W. Watson, 47, of Tidioute was charged with six first-degree misdemeanor charges of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, six second-degree misdemeanor charges of simple assault, two summary charges of harassment – subject other to physical contact, criminal mischief – damaging property and disorderly conduct engaging in fighting May 28 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident April 11 in Limestone Township.

DUI. Eric C. Ahl, 52, of Warren was charged with DUI/BAC .16% and greater, DUI/unsafe driving and five summary charges May 28 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 10 in Pleasant Township.

Theft. Daniel Crissman, 59, of Panama, NY was charged with theft by unlawful taking – movable property May 28 by State Police at Corry after an alleged incident April 26 in Columbus Township.

Game Commission violation. Thomas E. Eaton, 84, of Clarendon was cited for a control of property violation May 31 in Pleasant Township by state game wardens.

Risking catastrophe. Brock A. Borland, 18, of Tidioute was charged with third-degree felony risking catastrophe and disorderly conduct May 20 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 18 in Tidioute Borough.
