Sentences announced in county court
Nine defendants were sentenced and a bench warrant was issued for the arrest of another during recent Warren County sentence court proceedings.
Judge Gregory Hammond sentenced the following:
¯ Courtney L. Barrett, 29, to six months of probation, a $300 fine, $425 in fees, attend and pay for the Warren County Alcohol Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, and 15 hours of community service, for DUI; and a $25 fine and $45 fee for failure to carry registration;
¯ Sara E. Carlson, 54, to one year of probation, $625 in fees, no contact with the victim, and 20 hours of community service for simple assault;
¯ Tyisha S. Kaiser, to 87 days to two years minus one day in Warren County jail with credit for 87 days served, $375 in fees, and 40 hours of community service for conspiracy – receiving stolen property; and $1,254.18 in restitution, a $125 fee, and no contact with the victim for retail theft;
¯ Tiffany A. King, 35, to 10 days to two years minus one day in Warren County jail with credit for 10 days served, a drug and alcohol evaluation, anger management evaluation, and 20 hours of community service for obstruction of justice; and one year of probation to be served consecutive to the jail sentence and 20 hours of community service for disorderly conduct;
¯ Mark W. Lindsey, 38, to two days to two years minus one day in Warren County jail with credit for two days served, $1,745 in restitution, $500 in fees, no contact with the victim, and 40 hours of community service for simple assault; and a $300 fine for harassment;
¯ Taylor K. Means, 30, to 72 hours in Warren County jail and the balance of six months on probation, a $1,000 fine, $550 in fees, attend and pay for the Warren County Alcohol Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, a one-year drivers license suspension, and 15 hours of community service for DUI.
¯ Donna F. Moore, 52, to 30 days in Warren County jail, 60 days of house arrest with electronic monitoring, and the balance of five years probation, a $1,500 fine, $975 in fees, attend and pay for the Warren County Alcohol Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, an 18-month drivers license suspension, and 50 hours of community service for DUI; and a $25 fine and $45 fee for careless driving;
¯ Justin T. Perrin, 24, to 72 hours in Warren County jail and the balance of six months on probation, a $1,000 fine, $625 in fees, attend and pay for the Warren County Alcohol Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, a one-year drivers license suspension, and 15 hours of community service for DUI; and a $25 fine and $45 fee for careless driving; and
¯ Kenneth E. Rapp, 64, to five years of probation, $1.7 million in restitution, $500 in fees, no contact with the victim, and 60 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Amy J. Kubecki, 44, for failure to appear.
