A pair of Warren Area High School golfers were named to the District 10 Region 6 All-Star team following their performances this fall. Senior Teagan Gray and sophomore Owen Blum were both named to the region’s Second Team. Region champion Cathedral Prep had four golfers named to the First Team, including senior Evan Rowane, who was named the Golfer of the Year. Rowane was joined by senior teammates Zach Henry and Phil Pedano as well as sophomore Breckin Taylor. Meadville juniors Michael Mahoney and Joey DeAngelo completed the First Team. Joining Blum and Gray on the Second Team were Erie sophomore Kyle Westfall, McDowell senior Max Paris, Cathedral Prep senior Mac Deitrick and McDowell sophomore Ricky Gladden. The all-region teams and golfer of the year were based on stroke averages from region play.
