Sentences handed down Friday

President Judge Maureen Skerda handed down the following sentences in county court on Friday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Bruce L. Bennett, 38, Tiona, to five years probation including 30 days incarceration and 60 days house arrest, $2,350 in fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendation, submission of a DNA sample, an 18 month license suspension and 30 hours of community service on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of careless driving.

Barbara M. Dalessandro, 51, Tidoute, to six months probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,425 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI as well as $70 each on charges of careless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and carry/exhibit driver’s license.

John M. Duncan, 52, Warren, to six months probation including 15 days incarceration and 15 days house arrest, $1,525 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 30 hours of community service and a 12 month license suspension on a count of DUI.

Rocky A. Fiscus, 32, Warren, to 12 to 24 months incarceration, $1,175 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, a no contact order, anger management and drug and alcohol treatment priority in the state system and credit for 174 days time served. He was also sentenced to 25 to 50 months incarceration and a no contact order on a count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Hilda F. Long, 38, Warren, to 60 days to one year incarceration, $773.51 in restitution, $1,050 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and participation in the COG Program on a count of bad checks.

Chris D. Morley, 38, Warren, to 15 to 36 months incarceration, $1,875 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and priority for drug and alcohol treatment in the state system and credit for 149 days served on a count of criminal trespass.

Steven R. Snyder, 35, Warren, to 18 months to 40 months incarceration, $1,300 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and priority for mental health treatment in the state system on a count of terroristic threats.

Kirk A. Zylo, 58, Tidioute, to six months probation including 72 hours house arrest, $2,000 in fines and fees, 45 hours of community service, a 12 month license suspension, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of careless driving.
