Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Morrison Run Road on July 30 at 5:46 p.m. Troopers say a 2006 Jeep Liberty was traveling west on Morrison Run Road at a high rate of speed and lost traction on the gravel road, swerving back and forth. One defendant pleaded guilty while one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse. Robert T. Sanders, 39, Kane, Pa., pleaded guilty to a count of possession of a controlled substance. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn. Brenda D.
