Charges were withdrawn against three defendants while one was held for court during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

Grace M. Bordner, 47, Warren. Bordner had been charged with retail theft. Two counts of retail theft were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

Jonathan D. Feit, 32, Warren. Feit had been charged with stalking. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Katelynn S. Harvey, 26, Warren. Harvey had been charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Matthew Salapek, 44, Warren, was held for court. Salapek has been charged with simple assault, two counts of of DUI, criminal mischief and harassment.
