C. Warren County – District Judge Raymond Zydonik

¯ Brian D. Bean, 43, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 29 with false identification to law enforcement, driving on a suspended license DUI-related and failing to carry a license from an incident that occurred on Aug. 18 in the City of Warren.

¯ Kevin W. Nyberg, 59, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 29 with two counts of DUI and driving on a suspended license from an incident that occurred on Aug. 5 in the City of Warren.

¯ William H. Wilcox, III, 30, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 29 with theft and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on July 21 in the City of Warren.

N. Warren County – District Judge Laura Bauer

¯ Daniel J. Cuttler, 58, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 5 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 4 in Triumph Twp.

W. Warren County – District Judge Todd Woodin

¯ David L. Harkins, Jr., 32, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Aug. 30 with driving on a suspended license DUI-related, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and two counts each of restraint systems – child booster seat and fail to use safety belt from an incident that occurred on Aug. 2 in Youngsville Borough.

¯ Scam. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a report of a phone scam on Aug. 27. A Sycamore Ln. resident was called by an individual claiming to be her grandson. The scammer, police say, instructed her to send approximately $19,000 for bail. Half of the money was able to be stopped from being delivered to the scammers. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
