Possession with intent to deliver. Lisa M. Nelson, 63, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 13 with possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Sept. 7 in Conewango Twp.

Possession with intent to deliver. Kevin N. Nelson, 31, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 13 with possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Sept. 7 in Conewango Twp.

Elk Twp.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Sep. 13 at 9:02 a.m. on Scandia Rd. at the intersection with Priest Hollow Rd. A 2021 Jeep Renegade, driven by Jonathan E. McMillen, 34, Russell, was traveling north when a deer entered the roadway. Troopers say McMillen over-steered and lost control of the vehicle, going over an embankment and striking a utility pole. No injuries were reported but troopers cited McMillen for driving a vehicle at safe speed.

Sheffield Twp.

Stolen vehicle. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report from Cameron Energy, Clarendon, regarding a stolen side-by-side from Cherry Run Rd. The incident occurred on Sept. 7. The vehicle is described as a 2014 Yamaha Viking. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
