One guilty plea at Wednesday preliminary hearings

One guilty plea was entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse. Rose M. Dawson, 23, Clarendon, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, violate hazard regulation and compliance with exhaust requirements were withdrawn. Charges were withdrawn against the following: Tika D. Police seek missing Sheffield teen

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are seeking information in an alleged runaway incident. Troopers said late Wednesday night in a statement that they are attempting to locate a 17-year-old male of Spicer Road in Sheffield Township. Police did not identify the minor by name. The juvenile was last seen in Sheffield on July 9 at about 12:30 a.m. Troopers say he was last seen wearing shorts and a T-shirt. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at (814) 728-3600.

Pleas entered in Warren County Court

Five guilty pleas were entered and one defendant pleaded not guilty during arraignment and change of plea proceedings on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.
