Charges withdrawn at preliminary hearings

Charges were withdrawn against four defendants during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Charles A. Kranz, 19, Pittsburgh. Kranz had been charged with three traffic violations, possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. A speeding violation was re-categorized as a traffic offense.

¯ Steven M. Elder, 31, Erie. Elder had been charged with possession of marijuana and three traffic violations. A speeding violation was re-categorized as a traffic offense.

¯ Caitlin A. Tucker, 21, Centerville. Tucker had been charged with defiant trespass and harassment. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Zachery D. Blake, II, 22, Centerville. Blake had been charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, defiant trespass and harassment. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
