‘Combative’ Kane man facing charges
A Kane man is charged with resisting arrest, aggravated assault, cruelty to animals, and more following alleged events from early Tuesday. Todd R. Long, 33, faces two counts of aggravated assault, assault by prisoner, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, two counts of resisting arrest, four counts of disorderly conduct, and cruelty to animals.
