A Pittsfield man will register as a sexual offender for the rest of his life in the wake of pleas entered Thursday. James R. A Southwest Township woman has pleaded guilty to four counts of cruelty to animals. Rae L. Connolly, 54, Titusville, entered the plea Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond. According to the affidavit of probable cause, Warren County Sheriff’s Office deputies contacted Pennsylvania State Police at about 1:37 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, from a Tidioute Enterprise Road address after they saw a dead animal on the front porch.
