The following pleas were entered before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Dustin T. Hepler-Kostreba, 25, Jamestown, NY, pleaded guilty to DUI, driving without a license and careless driving. An additional count of DUI and three traffic violations were not prosecuted.

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:

Thomas A. Niles, 33, Warren. Niles has been charged with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, recklessly endangering another person and a total of 13 various traffic offenses.

Mason T. Swanson, 32, Warren. Swanson has been charged with aggravated assault.
