Pleas entered in county court

One guilty plea was entered while another pleaded not guilty during arraignment proceedings on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse. Paul A. Russo, 49, Jamestown, N.Y., pleaded guilty to two dockets that each include a single count of retail theft. Michael D. Johnson, 38, Jamestown, N.Y., pleaded not guilty. Johnson faces charges at two dockets with identical counts of kidnapping of a minor, interference with custody of children and concealment of whereabout of a child.

Pleas entered at preliminary hearings

Three guilty pleas were entered and charges were withdrawn against three others during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse. The following defendants entered guilty pleas: Jared E. Gourley, 25, Sugar Grove, to theft by unlawful taking. Charged of forgery, two counts of theft and receiving stolen property were withdrawn. Brad Rochna, 44, Bradford, Pa., to driving without a license and possession of marijuana. Pleas entered at preliminary hearings

Two guilty pleas were entered during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse. Abraham Millham, Irvine, pleaded guilty to theft. A count of theft was withdrawn. Burdette G. Thomas, III, 47, Tiona, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges including three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana were withdrawn.
