COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

DUI. Meredith L. Holbrook, 25, Lakewood, N.Y., was charged by Conewango Township police on April 29 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on April 28 in Conewango Twp.

Vehicle violation. Nicholas A. Kelwaski, 31, Jamestown, N.Y., was charged by Conewango Township police on April 29 with possession/sale/use of display documents and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 26 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Lucas D. Miller, 23, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 6 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Feb. 25 in Conewango Twp.

Trespass. Nicholas G. Reardon, 21, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on April 29 with criminal trespass from an incident that occurred on April 28 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Amy M. Battko, 58, Pittsfield, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on May 1 with possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on April 26 in Youngsville Borough.
