Three guilty pleas were entered and charges were withdrawn against three others during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Jared E. Gourley, 25, Sugar Grove, to theft by unlawful taking. Charged of forgery, two counts of theft and receiving stolen property were withdrawn.

Brad Rochna, 44, Bradford, Pa., to driving without a license and possession of marijuana. Charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving the wrong way were withdrawn.

Mason T. Williams, 31, Warren, to possession of solvents for release of toxic vapors/fumes and driving on a suspended license. Charges to three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and no headlights were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

Diana L. Baran, 54, Jamestown, N.Y. Baron had been charged with retail theft. Two counts of retail theft have been re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

Chad A. Lyon, 29, Youngsville. Lyon had been charged with possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Melissa L. Means, 41, Warren. Means had been charged with retail theft. Two counts of retail theft have been re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.
