Possession. William W. Birchard, 24, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 13 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 2 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Stephen W. Eck, 32, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 10 with two counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 2 in Sheffield Twp.

Trespass. David Nulph, 40, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 9 with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on May 9 in the City of Warren.

Fraud. Raymond Warren, 60, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 9 with fraud to alter title, registration or insurance and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on March 16 in the City of Warren.

DUI. James A. Cook, 48, Oil City, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 8 with two counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 4 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Scott E. Harrington, 40, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 8 with five counts of DUI, possession of marijuana and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 20 in Sugar Grove Twp.

DUI. Kaitlin K. King, 25, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 8 with two counts of DUI and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 5 in Sugar Grove Twp.

Possession. Marlene Sanchez, 45, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 10 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on May 9 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Amanda M. Slagter, 45, Frewsburg, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 8 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on April 24 in Conewango Twp.

Danielle L. Thornton, 41, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 10 with DUI. three counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on April 7 in Mead Twp.
