Pleas entered in county court
One guilty plea was entered while another pleaded not guilty during arraignment proceedings on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Paul A. Russo, 49, Jamestown, N.Y., pleaded guilty to two dockets that each include a single count of retail theft.
Michael D. Johnson, 38, Jamestown, N.Y., pleaded not guilty. Johnson faces charges at two dockets with identical counts of kidnapping of a minor, interference with custody of children and concealment of whereabout of a child.
