Karen J. Chrispen, 62, Oil City, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 20 with three counts of DUI and careless driving from an incident that occurred on Jan. 20 in Mead Twp.

W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin

Michael A. Pyle, 47, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 20 with DUI and a total of 17 summary violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 4 in Brokenstraw Twp.
