Kevin J. Powers, 33, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 4 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct — engage in fighting and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on July 4 in the City of Warren.

Jason A Koons, 46, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 2 with forgery and retail theft from an incident that occurred on July 1 in Conewango Township.

Joseph E. Duffy, 58, Russell, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 2 with five counts of DUI and careless driving from an incident that occurred on May 15 in Conewango Township.

Warren County

Warrant arrest. Dane Sobocinski, 31, Youngsville, was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies on July 1 at 2 p.m. on a bench warrant. He was arraigned by District Judge Raymond Zydonik and was committed to the county jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
