Preliminary hearings held in county court
Cases were resolved during preliminary hearings held on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants have entered guilty pleas:
¯ William R. Butcher, Bear Lake, to possession of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Anthony W. Engle, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance. Four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.
¯ Philip W. Evans, Warren, to defiant trespass. At a second docket, Evans pled guilty to purchase, etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor and possession of marijuana while a count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
¯ Brian D. Fox, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked. Charges of marijuana possession, no rear lights and driving an unregistered vehicle were withdrawn.
¯ Timothy J. Fry, Warren, to marijuana — small amount personal use, driving an unregistered vehicle and required financial responsibility. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
¯ Cody T. Greeley, Tidioute, to possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of possession of a controlled substance was withdrawn.
¯ Troy L. Lindell, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance and driving while license suspended related to DUI. Charges of make/repair/sell, etc. an offensive weapon and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.
¯ Ethan J. Massa, Warren, to defiant trespass.
¯ Shyanna M. Matsock, Warren, to disorderly conduct. Charges of theft and receiving stolen property were withdrawn.
¯ Rachel M. McDunn, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance. Two counts of possession of a controlled substance and seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.
¯ Joshua L. Reynolds, Warren to possession of drug paraphernalia. Seven counts of possession of a controlled substance and a count of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:
¯ Michael W. Brant, Warren. Brant had been charged with possession with intent to deliver, corrupt organization — employee, conspiracy (corrupt organization), possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge of exceed max speed limit established by 26 mph was re-categorized as a traffic offense.
¯ Cassandra N. Morris, Waterford. Morris had been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility. A count of driving while license suspended DUI related was re-categorized as a traffic offense.
¯ Mark A. Rodgers, II, Warren. Rodgers had been charged with interference with custody of children.
¯ Brittany L. Chemlovski, Warren. Chemlovski had been charged with interference with custody of children.
