City of Warren

DUI. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Keith Falconer, 38, of Warren, was charged with DUI after an incident on April 9 at 2:25 a.m.

Farmington Twp.

Aggravated Assault. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Shawn Thomas Moore, 23, was arrested and charged with with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, and harassment following an incident on April 7. Police say Moore struck a victim multiple times with a baseball bat and threatened to harm her if she took their child from his residence. The victim was treated at Warren General Hospital for her injuries. Moore was apprehended and placed in the Warren County Jail.
