District Judge Raymond Zydonik

DUI. Ray G. English, 87, Warren’s as charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on April 2 with two counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on March 26 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Nicole R. Pillars, 40, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on April 2 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on March 21 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Brad Rochna, 44, Bradford, was charged by City of Warren police on April 2 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on March 27 in the City of Warren.

Terroristic threats. Julie R. Swanson, 65, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 28 with terroristic threats from an incident that occurred on March 27 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Stephen W. Eck, 32, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 2 with two counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Oct. 28, 2023 in Mead Twp.

Retail theft. Merlyn T. Fox, 62, Clarendon, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 28 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on March 26 in Conewango Twp.

Criminal mischief. Jonah E. Kirkpatrick, 20, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 2 with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on March 28 in Conewango Twp.

Simple assault. Danielle M. Byerley, 41, Endeavor, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 2 with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief from an incident that occurred on July 23, 2023 in Limestone Twp.

Fleeing police. Arthur T. Johnson, 31 Grand Valley, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 1 with fleeing or attempting to elude police, two counts of endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, flight to avoid apprehension and nine traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 1 in Southwest Twp.

Possession. Chad A. Lyon, 29, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 2 with possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 31, 2023 in Brokenstraw Twp.
