Kane Area High School defeated Youngsville Area High School, 69-30, in a recent Media One High School Bowl match at Jamestown Community College.

In another match, Kane topped Sherman Central School 53-20.

Brayden Byham, Isaya Miller, and Kate Parana of Kane earned Player of the Match honors.

Kane (1-1) was represented by Byham, Miller, Parana, Andrea McCord, James Swedenhjelm, Corabeth Hamilton, Anna Meyers, and Rory Undercoffer.

Youngsville (0-2) team members were Gavin Bundy, Konnor Eck, Michael Raffanello, Christopher Edwards, and Austin Connor. This second loss eliminated the team from this year’s competition.

Taryn Palmatier, Olivia Maleski, Sophie Lindsey, Ivy Yokom, and Olivia Lindsey competed for Sherman (0-2). This match eliminated the team from this year’s competition.
