Navigating COVID Dear Editor, I am writing in regard to the school mask mandate. I have heard a good many adults state that if they can wear them all day then so can the children. I have a few questions for them. Are you sitting in an air conditioned area for most of the day or in a hot school bus and then a hot 80 plus degree classroom from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.? Do you have an infection from all of the sweat and moisture compounding your teenage acne that now requires a topical prescribed antibiotic? A shot to be free Dear Editor, I don’t understand why some people say that fighting a deadly pandemic with the weapons we have, vaccinations and face masks, is a loss of their freedom. Ironically, they are our tickets to freedom; the very things that will keep schools and businesses open by helping to curb transmission of COVIE-19. Dear Editor, By now everyone is well opinionated about the recent FDA approval of Big Pharma’s vaccines leading to mandates at all levels of society. Let us at least make informed decisions about the truth of what we are being required to inject into our bodies. Dear Editor: Not sure why the mess in Afghanistan is President Joe Biden’s fault. Successive administrations have wanted to get us out. Obama wanted to do it. Trump said he would. Biden just did it.
