A Second Harvest Food Bank Military Share distribution event is set for 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 22, at the Penelec building, 1500 Pennsylvania Ave. W., Warren. “The Military Share program of Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania delivers fresh, nutritious foods to families with at least one member who has served or is serving in the armed forces or National Guard,” according to a Second Harvest release. Cleanup days announced The annual Spring cleanup day for Elk Township residents will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, at the township’s maintenance garage.
