Chicken BBQ to be held Sunday The Lander Volunteer Fire Department will hold a drive-through chicken barbecue Sunday beginning at noon. The cost is $12 for a full dinner or $8 for a half chicken or children’s meal. The chicken is cooked over charcoal fire with the department’s signature basting sauce. Tidioute Trails & Tales Saturday is World Migratory Bird Day, and the Tidioute Library will be holding Trails & Tails by reading a book about birds, walk along the beautiful Allegheny River on the Riverside Rec-Trek Trail while reading the library’s first Trails & Tales book, “Mama Built a Little Nest” by Jennifer Ward.
